DIY Table Lamb made out of Cardboard:

Paying more than $30 to buy a table lamp is not much, I might say. But I would rather not having it.
This DIY I'm about to show you is literally one of the best one I have EVER done (yes, there're more). Using Cardboard to make a lamp, why haven't I thought of that before? This DIY could be personalized in many designs as well as colors. Enjoy!!!

Materials:

- Cardboard
- Scissors/ knife
- String lights, lamps (LED), wires
- Glue
- Pens, rulers

Steps by Steps on how to make a table lamp:

Step 1:
           -  Draw one large pentagon with 6 cm sides on cardboard. In turns, draw 5 small pentagons inside, the shapes will get 6 mm smaller each time.

           - Draw the same for 10 other stacks of pentagon wings. Then use a  knife to cut out all the shapes.

Step 2:
           - Use glue to stack all the pentagons together, the large pentagon will be on the bottom, so that the angle of the shape is located between the edges of the smaller one. (shown in the picture)

           - Do the same for the rest.

Step 3:
           - Use glue again to stick all the pentagon sides together to form one block.

Step 4:
          - Draw a 6 cm pentagon, then draw another pentagon inside that is 6 mm smaller.

          - Use a knife cut off the drew pentagon. Do the same steps for others 7 pentagons. (shown in picture)

          - Glue all 8 pentagons together.

Step 5:
          - Draw another 6 cm pentagon, then draw a small circle inside the pentagon shape with a diameter equal to the diameter of the light bulb that you want to use.

          - Carve the circle out and stick the light bulb inside.

Step 6:
          - Glue the pentagon with a circle inside on top of the 8 previous pentagons. Also cut small slit by using a knife at the bottom ( as shown ) so the wire could go through.

Step 7:
          - Finally, glue the block on top and you're finished.

*** Also you can create your own table lamp designs, or color changing for the light bulbs can be interesting !!! ***

GOOD LUCK ♡

  2. This is such an amazing, creative idea!

I'm rather intrigued and tempted to try it for myself, even though I'm not entirely the precise, artistic sort.
